The FMIS module can be accessed at the top of the STIP Manager application on the Main Menu. The Fiscal Management Information System (FMIS) module provides the ability to create, modify, and store data related to financial obligations. Edit access to this module will be based on user security roles and permissions specified through FMIS Users.

FMIS Interfaces

When FMIS is selected on the Main Menu, these interface options will be available in the picklist:

1. FMIS Projects - This interface allows the user view, modify, or add new FMIS Projects.
2. FMIS Status of Funds - This interface allows the user to view planned, actual, and pending obligation values.
3. FMIS Users - This interface provides the ability to add and edit users of the FMIS module within STIP Manager.
4. FMIS Code Lists - This interface provides the ability to maintain the relevant code lists value related to FMIS projects.
5. FMIS Security Roles - This interface allows the user to edit the FMIS-specific security roles in the application.
6. FMIS Configuration Settings - This interface allows authorized users to view and edit key configuration settings for the FMIS module.
7. FMIS Accounts - This interface allows the user to see account balances for both Program Codes and Limitation Types.
