The District Schedule Sheets report displays project information by District, organized by phase and year, to provide District-level visibility into programmed and scheduled work.
Filters
Once the user selects the District Schedule Sheets report in the "Select Report" list, these filters will appear:

| Program(s) | A multi-select list of Program Names. |
| District(s) | A multi-select list of all Districts. |
| Revision | A picklist of all revisions associated to the STIP/TIP selected in the STIP/TIP Selection picklist; required. |
Generate the Report
To generate this report, the user can follow these steps:
- Click "District Schedule Sheets" in the "Select Report" list (left side).
- Select a value in the Revision field.
- Fill the fields-- Program(s) and District(s)-- to filter the report results if desired (OPTIONAL).
- Click the "Submit" button.
If the user wishes to change the STIP/TIP before running the report, they can navigate to the STIP/TIP Selection picklist on the Main Menu. To export the report, the user can click the export icon (), then choose the export type (PDF, XLSX, DOCX).
Output
The resulting report will display the selected Program and District at the top of the report. Each project on the report will be specified by three tables: Summary, Programmed Amount by Phase and Year, and Summarized Programmed Amounts.

| Summary | This table provides summary information about the project. It consists of these columns: Key Number, Route, Location, Footnotes, Mileposts, Measures, Work Class, Subclass, Agreement Sponsor, Program, and Fund Source. |
| Programmed Amount by Phase and Year | This table tracks Programmed Amount by Phase (row) and Year (columns). It consists of these columns: Phase, Year (including Prior and Future), and Total. The Program Year determines which column is highlighted in the table. |
| Summarized Programmed Amounts | This table provides a summary of the Programmed Amounts. It consists of one column: Cost. |
On the final page, the user can view a list of all the footnotes referenced throughout the report.
