The Federal Agreement Summary report is a snapshot of the STIP Funding and Obligation Detail tables for each pending and/or authorized version. This report can be run for each FMIS Project version.
Generate the Report
This report can be generated from the Standard Reports tab or the FMIS Project Detail tab. To generate this report in Standard Reports, the user can follow these steps:
- Click "Federal Project Agreement Summary" in the "Select Report" list (left side).
- Click the "Submit" button.
If the user wishes to change the STIP before running the report, they can navigate to the STIP Selection picklist on the Main Menu. To export the report, the user can click the export icon (), then choose the export type (PDF, XLSX, DOCX).
Output
The generated report will contain a header, general information, a STIP Funding table, an Obligation Detail table, and a Remarks & Approvals section.
| Element | Description |
| Header | Consists of the Federal Project No. and report title. |
| General Information | General information about the FMIS Project, namely Project Title, Project Description, Project Oversight, Version, and Project End Date. |
| Obligation Detail Table | Obligation Detail table for the Federal Project No., version. Includes these columns: Obligation Detail, Fund Source, Program Code, Detail #, Total Cost, AC Amount, Federal Amount, State Amount, and Other Amount. There is also a Total Authorized row at the bottom of the table. |
| Remarks & Approvals | Consists of State and Division Agreement Document Remarks, approval signatures, and signature dates. The signatures lines will include these fields for both State and Division:
