The Programmed Amount Summary report summarizes Programmed Amount by Fund Source over the STIP/TIP window. For this report, all Federal Programmed Amounts will include any Match and Advanced Construction funds in the totals shown.
Filters
Once the user selects the Programmed Amount Summary report in the "Select Report" list, these filters will appear:
| Filter | Description |
| Revision | A picklist of all revisions associated to the STIP/TIP selected in the STIP/TIP Selection picklist. |
| Program | A picklist of all Programs that the user can select to filter the report results. If this field is left blank, the report will include all Programmed Amounts. |
Generate the Report
To generate this report, the user can follow these steps:
- Click "Programmed Amount Summary" in the "Select Report" list (left side).
- Select a value in the Revision picklist.
- Fill the Program picklist to filter the report results (OPTIONAL).
- Click the "Submit" button.
If the user wishes to change the STIP/TIP before running the report, they can navigate to the STIP/TIP Selection picklist on the Main Menu. To export the report, the user can click the export icon (), then choose the export type (PDF, XLSX, DOCX).
Output
The generated report will list Fund Sources which will be grouped by Fund Type and Subtype. Each Subtype section will include a Header row with subtotals for each STIP Year. The columns on the table are:
| Column | Description |
| Fund Sources | This is a unique description of the Fund Source created through the Fund Sources interface, formatted as "Fund Code – Fund Name". |
| STIP Window Years | This is the amounts in the 4-year STIP/TIP Window, separated by year (ex. 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027). |
| 4 Year Total | This is the total of the STIP/TIP Window columns. |
| Outlying Years | This is the two years outlying the STIP/TIP Window; these will be future years. |
| Total | This is the total of the STIP/TIP Window Years and Outlying Years amounts. |
At the bottom of the table, there will be a Total Programmed row which summarizes the header row values for all Programmed Amount totals.
