The Dashboard module can be accessed at the top of the STIP Manager application on the Main Menu directly beside the Actions module. This module will be used to facilitate the Baseline Reporting that the STIP Bureau provides to both FHWA and their Commission. Here, users can track and monitor STIP Programmed/Planned Obligations against FMIS Actual Obligations for the current Federal Fiscal Year. The Dashboard will only be available for Active and Historical STIPs. If the Active STIP is selected, only Approved Programmed values will be displayed. All users with access to STIP Manager will have the ability to view the Dashboard information, but only System Administrators and users with the Edit Dashboard permission will be allowed to edit the data.
Tabs
When the user first enters the Dashboard module, they will land on the Dashboard tab. The Detail tab will be enabled and on display in the upper righthand corner of the interface once the "See Details" link is selected. These tabs serve this role:
- Dashboard Tab - Contains tables/graphs that track Baseline data for four quarters.
- Detail Tab - Contains a table of all of the associated data displayed in the Dashboard tables/graphs.
