• "Exclude" Target Type on the Dashboard baseline — Rows funded entirely by state or local money can be set to "Exclude", so they no longer show as needing action.

Improved

• Dashboard baseline — Baseline amounts stay live from the Approved STIP until "Set Baseline" is clicked. "Set Baseline" then freezes the plan, and it shows what will be removed before it does so.
• FMIS project locations — Project-level locations on an FMIS project can now be edited, even when the project is tied one-to-one to a STIP project.
• Report maps — Project map images in reports are created faster and print more sharply.

Fixed

• Authorized Projects report — The report returns data again when it is run from a TIP.
• Dashboard grid — Hidden columns stay hidden after the user leaves the page and comes back.
• PMTM milestones — Milestone dates update every night again.
