• Obligation detail line numbers — Line numbers no longer have to be entered in ascending order.
• Duplicate non-GIS locations — Duplicate non-GIS locations on an FMIS obligation detail are now visible, so they can be fixed before submission.
• STIP Viewer map — Filtering the map no longer causes an error.
