The Tabular Funding Outlay report provides an export of each distinct project, work phase, and fund source record in the selected STIP. This report will be available for any STIP and Scenario.
Filters
Once the user selects the Tabular Funding Outlay report in the "Select Report" list, these filters will appear:
| Filter | Description |
| Revision | A picklist of all revisions associated to the STIP/TIP selected in the STIP/TIP Selection picklist. |
| Year | A picklist of all Years within the STIP window for the selected STIP. If no selection is made, the report will be run for all Years. |
| Agency | A picklist of all values from the Agency code list. |
| Work Type | A picklist of all values from the Work Type code list. |
| Mode | A picklist of all values from the Mode code list. |
| Project Manager | A picklist of all values from the Project Manager code list. |
| District | A picklist of all values in the District code list. |
| County | A picklist of all values in the County code list. |
| MPO/RTPO | A picklist of all values in the MPO/RTPO code list. |
| Fund Source | A picklist of all Federal Fund Sources grouped by Fund Subtype. |
| Program | A picklist of all Programs that will filter the results using the Program field in the project’s Funding table. |
Generate the Report
To generate this report, the user can follow these steps:
- Click "Tabular Funding Outlay" in the "Select Report" list (left side).
- Select a "Revision" in the picklist.
- Fill any combination of the filters-- Year, Agency, Work Type, Mode, Project Manager, District, County, MPO/RTPO, Fund Source, and Program-- to filter the report results if desired (OPTIONAL).
- Click the "Submit" button.
If the user wishes to change the STIP/TIP before running the report, they can navigate to the STIP/TIP Selection picklist on the Main Menu. To export the report, the user can click the export icon (), then choose the export type (PDF, XLSX, DOCX).
Output
The generated report will include a record for each distinct Project, Work Phase, and Fund Source in the selected STIP. The table on the outputted Excel sheet will contain these columns:
- Project ID
- Name
- Description
- Other ID
- Agency
- Project Oversight
- Work Type
- Program
- Project Status
- Mode
- Project Manager
- Project Estimate
- District
- County
- MPO/RTPO
- Total Funded
- Year Columns (for each Year with funding, regardless of STIP window)
