The Pre-Approved tab displays a list of project changes that were previously submitted from the Staging tab. To assign pending changes to a STIP/TIP Revision, users must have the System Administrator role, TIP Coordinator role, or Pre-Approved permission assigned.
Projects
All projects listed here will be in the typical format (Project Header and Project Change Table) as outlined in the Project Listing article. To filter the displayed projects, the user can utilize the "Filter By" picklist in the upper lefthand corner of the tab. The available filters here are Show All, Project ID, County, District, or MPO. The filters will initially be set to the user’s last selection, but they can be updated if needed.
Other Controls
Beyond the listed projects, there are some other controls listed on the Pre-Approved tab which help the user specify actions for pending projects. The table below describes these controls.
| Control | Location | Description |
| Bulk Action (picklist) | Top Right of Tab | Bulk-updates the "Action" picklist for all displayed projects where its Action selection is currently blank. |
| Save (button) | Bottom Center of Tab | Process all the actions as defined in the Actions in Pre-Approved Tab section. |
| Cancel (button) | Bottom Center of Tab | Resets all the unsaved "Action" picklists back to the previously saved values. |
Actions in Pre-Approved Tab
The user can process pending changes on the Pre-Approved tab using the "Action" or "Bulk Action" picklist. By default, the Action value is blank and highlighted in yellow. The user can update this field with one of these actions:
| Action | Description |
| Withdraw | Moves the change back to the Staging tab. |
| Add to Revision (X) |
Progresses the change to the Revisions tab to be displayed within a previously created revision. Since multiple STIP/TIP Revisions can be open at any time, the picklist could have multiple options here; for example:
|
| Add to Revision (Z) New | Progresses the change to the Revision tab, to be displayed within a new revision. |
To solidify any action selections, the user must select "Save".
