The Public Comment Summary report shows a record of all comments left by members of the community or external stakeholders during the Public Comment Period.
Filters
Once the user selects the Public Comment Summary report in the "Select Report" list, only one filter will appear:

| Revision | A picklist of all revisions associated to the STIP/TIP selected in the STIP/TIP Selection picklist. |
Generate the Report
To generate this report, the user can follow these steps:
- Click "Public Comment Summary" in the "Select Report" list (left side).
- Select a value in the Revision picklist (OPTIONAL).
- Click the "Submit" button.
If the user wishes to change the STIP/TIP before running the report, they can navigate to the STIP/TIP Selection picklist on the Main Menu. To export the report, the user can click the export icon (), then choose the export type (PDF, XLSX, DOCX).
Output
The generated report will include a header with the STIP/TIP Name (Type), number of Comments Received, and number of Responses Sent versus the number of Responses Requested. The fields in this report are:

Comments will be grouped by District, then Project ID. General comments not related to a specific project will be shown below the District groupings and sorted by Project ID. If a user did not include their Name, the Name on the report will display "Anonymous User." If no comments were received, the report can still be run but will display "No Comments Received."
Generating the Report - Other Locations
While this report can be generated from Standard Reports, it can also be generated from the STIPs/TIPs interface (Administration > STIPs/TIPs) and the Actions History tab.
Generating Report from STIPs
To generate the Public Comment Summary report from the STIPs/TIPs interface, the user can navigate to the Administration menu, then select STIPs/TIPs. The user can then select the Active or Draft STIP/TIP in the STIPs/TIPs table, then click on the "View Comments" button or the "Comments" tab to land on the Comments tab. The "Run Summary" button will be in the top right corner of the "List of Comments" table, and it will generate the Public Comment Summary report for the selected STIP.
Generating Report from Actions History Tab
To generate the Public Comment Summary report from the Actions interface, the user can navigate to the Actions module, then select the History tab. Once a revision with comments is selected in the "Revision" picklist, the "Public Comments" button will appear. This button generates the Public Comment Summary report for the selected STIP/TIP and Revision.
