The Project Funding Summary report is a detailed project listing along with the Programmed Obligations for each Fund Source over the STIP/TIP window.
Filters
Once the user selects the Project Funding Summary report in the "Select Report" list, these optional filters will appear:
| Filter | Description |
| Revision | A picklist of all revisions associated to the STIP/TIP selected in the STIP/TIP Selection picklist. |
| Fund Source | A picklist of all Fund Sources grouped by Fund Type that the user can select to filter the report results. If this field is left blank, the report will include all Fund Sources. |
| Program | A picklist of all Programs that the user can select to filter the report results. If this field is left blank, the report will include all Programs. |
Generate the Report
To generate this report, the user can follow these steps:
- Click "Project Funding Summary" in the "Select Report" list (left side).
- Select a value in the Revision picklist.
- Fill the Fund Source and Program picklists to filter the report results if desired (OPTIONAL).
- Click the "Submit" button.
If the user wishes to change the STIP/TIP before running the report, they can navigate to the STIP/TIP Selection picklist on the Main Menu. To export the report, the user can click the export icon (), then choose the export type (PDF, XLSX, DOCX).
Output
The generated report will list Fund Sources which will be grouped by Fund Type and Subtype. Each section will include a Header row with subtotals for each STIP/TIP Year and the number of Projects in each section. Below each Fund Source header, the report will include all projects that have programmed obligations using that source. They are defined by these columns:

| Project ID | This is the unique identifier for the Project. |
| Other ID | This is the alternate identifier for the Project. |
| Name | The value stored in the Name field on the Project Detail tab. |
| Agency | The value stored in the Agency field on the Project Detail tab. |
| Fiscally Constrained STIP/TIP Years | The Programmed Obligations sum for each year in the first 4 (fiscally constrained) years of the selected STIP/TIP. |
| 4 Year Total | The sum of the Fiscally Constrained STIP/TIP Year columns. |
| Remaining STIP/TIP Years | The Programmed Obligations sum for each year for any remaining years of the selected STIP/TIP. |
| Total | The sum of the 4 Year Totals + Remaining STIP/TIP Year totals. |
At the bottom of the table, there will be a Grand Total Programmed Obligations row which summarizes the header row values for the number of Projects and Programmed Obligation totals.
