The Utility Bar consists of five icons: Administration Menu, User Menu, Quick Links, Notifications, and Information. It is located on the right side of the main menu. These icons provide administrative and user capabilities alongside additional help with the system. A diagram of the Utility Bar is shown below.

• Administration Menu - Provides access to the TIPs, Fund Sources, Programs, Users, Code Lists, Security Roles, and Configuration Settings interfaces.
• User Menu - Provides access to the User Settings interface and a logout function.
• Quick Links - Provides links to outside resources related to TIP work, such as TIP Viewer.
• Notifications - Provides notifications of required actions and important information relative to the user.
• Information - Provides access to this Zendesk Help Guide.
