The History tab is a view-only interface that keeps a record of every actionable and non-actionable change made to each project. The user can access the "History" tab by selecting a Project ID in the table on the Project Tab. Upon selection of the desired project, the user will be toggled to the Detail tab; then, the user can enter the History tab by selecting its tab in the upper righthand corner of the interface. The table below describes the change types that will be displayed here.

| Actionable | Changes that go through the Actions module and require some level of approval before being accepted into the STIP/TIP. |
| Non-Actionable | Changes that are automatically accepted into the STIP/TIP when saved and are displayed on the History tab for historical, record-keeping purposes only. |
Full Pane
The Projects History tab will initially open in a half-pane view. However, the user can view any tab in full pane mode if desired. To open the Projects History tab in this mode, the user can click the icon. Then, the tab will display all columns in the History table, eliminating the need to scroll horizontally.
History Table
This tab solely consists of a table. Records on the table are grouped by Revision and sorted with the latest changes appearing on top. For each Revision grouping, the high-level information will be displayed in a summary header ribbon, consisting of these values:

| STIP | The STIP in which the change was made; if a project was carried over from one STIP to the next, the History tab will encompass all changes. |
| Revision No. | The Revision Number in which the change was made; will appear blank if the change is pending and has not yet been included in a Revision. |
| Value Changed | This value identifies which data element has changed. |
| Former Value | This information identifies the value of the data element prior to the change. |
| New Value | This information identifies the value of the data element after the change. |
| Approved Date | The date of final approval for the change in the STIP/TIP. |
| Approved By | The name of the final approver ("Last Name, First Name"). |
| Type | The type of change: Amendment, Administrative Modification, Technical Correction, or Non-Actionable. |
| Status | The current state of the change. |
Individual line items for each change record will appear below the header and will be defined by the above fields, alongside these additional fields:
