Budget Summary is a section on the Project Summary tab. The Budget Summary section provides the user with the ability to access view-only summarized Budget data. This section will be collapsed by default, but it can be expanded using the caret on the ribbon header.

At the top of the Budget Summary section, the user can view the total Programmed Amount, alongside the percentages of Obligated and Expended funds in graphic form.

Below this, a bar graph breaks down the programmed, obligated, and expended funding by phase. This bar graph is color coded, with a key above to clarify the colors.

At the bottom of this section is a table which corresponds to the data in the bar graph. It lists the programmed, obligated, and expended funds in more specific values. It also includes a Totals row which is the sum of all phase rows.
