The Budgets module can be accessed on the Main Menu. The Budgets interface provides the ability to enter both Fiscal Constraint and Program Target information. All information hosted in this interface will be based on the STIP chosen in the STIP list on the Main Menu.
Setup
When this module is selected, the Budgets interface will open. In general, this interface will be composed of a header, table, and footer.
- Header: Composed of the STIP Banner, tabs, Year picklist, Pie Chart button, and Export button.
- Table: Composed of the Fiscal Constraint or Program Targets data.
- Footer: Composed of the Expand All, Collapse All, Cancel, and Save functions.

| STIP Banner | This banner indicates the STIP version the user is viewing (icon, year range, abbreviation, and distinguishing color). |
| Year | This picklist allows the user to select a year in the selected STIP they wish to view or edit. |
| Pie Chart | This button leads to a pie chart of the data for the selected STIP and Year. |
| Export | In the Fiscal Constraint tab, this button will open a picklist for the user to export the table in CSV or Excel. In the Program Targets tab, this button will automatically generate the table in Excel format. |

| Expand All | This button expands all groups in the table with one click. |
| Collapse All | This button collapses all groups in the table with one click. |
| Cancel | This button cancels any changes made since the last save. |
| Save | This button saves any changes made to the table. |
Tabs
There are two tabs hosted in this interface:
- Fiscal Constraint: Contains the budget information for each Fund Source per year.
- Program Targets: Contains the budget or target values for each Program per year.
