The last icon on the Utility Bar, "Help", links to this Help Guide. With its placement here, a user can easily access the Help Guide while using the system.

The Help Guide is sorted in this manner:

• Category - STIP Manager/TIP Manager
• Sections - (examples) General, Map, Projects, Actions, and Reports
• Articles - Topics based on the application's elements, actionable tasks, or necessary information in the given section
