The History tab displays the list of all project changes within an approved Revision. This tab is read-only, and it provides the user with a historical record of all approved revisions.
Actions on History Tab
Since this tab is read-only, the user will only have three available actions: filter the interface, view information about the listed projects, and run the Revision Summary report.
Filter
The "Select Revision" picklist in the top lefthand corner of the tab can be used to filter the interface. This picklist defaults to the most recently approved Revision of the selected STIP/TIP, but the user can change this selection to an earlier revision if desired.
View Information
All projects listed here will be in the typical format (Project Header and Project Change Table) as outlined in the Project Listing article. Additionally, there are two tables with summary information above the listed projects on the righthand side of the interface

| Summary for <STIP/TIP> | Displays the total approved revisions by Change Type across all approved revisions for the selected STIP/TIP. |
| Summary for <Revision> | Displays the total changes by Change Type for the selected Revision number. |
Run Revision Summary Report
To run the Revision Report, the user can click the "Revision Summary" button which rests beside the "Select Revision" picklist. This will execute the standard report and display it in a pop-up window.
