The Summary tab allows the user to view "project-level" or Approved information. The user can access the "Summary" tab by selecting a Project ID in the table on the Project Tab. Upon selection of the desired project, the user will be toggled to the Detail tab; then, the user can enter the Summary tab by selecting its tab to the left of the Detail tab.
Tab Setup
The Project Summary tab is composed of four parts: (1) Detail Header, (2) Project Header, (3) Subsections, and (4) Footer. Each of these are shown in the image with corresponding numbers to the list above, and they are described in detail below.
Detail Header
The Detail Header rests at the top of the tab and is "sticky", meaning it will stay stationary and viewable as the user scrolls. It includes navigational tools, the STIP/TIP banner, and pane sizing tools. The elements located here are:
- Back Arrow - Navigates the user back to the Projects tab.
- STIP/TIP Banner - Indicates the STIP/TIP version the user is viewing (icon, year range, abbreviation, and distinguishing color).
- Project Tabs - Indicates that the user is on the Summary tab and allows the user to navigate to the Detail, Related, or History tab.
- Collapse Caret - Closes the sidebar; this can be reopened by this caret.
- Full Screen Icon - Opens the side pane Summary tab into a full screen version. Once in full screen, the user can change the tab back to a side pane view using this icon.
Project Header
The Project Header rests below the Detail Header and is also "sticky" as the user scrolls. It lists the general information for the project, namely:
- Project Title - This read-only field displays the given title for the project.
- Project ID - This read-only field shows the Project ID for the project.
- Program Year - This read-only field shows the Program Year for the project. This will be the maximum Year value where Programmed Amount > $0 for the project.
- Contract Year - This read-only field shows the Contract Year for the project. This is the minimum Year value of Construction Funds (all work phases related to the Construction/Other Parent Work Phases) Programmed.
- Project Summary Report - This button runs the Project Summary Report in PDF format for the current project and version.
