Our partnership with New Mexico seeks to provide the Department of Transportation (DOT) and their associated Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) with our STIP Core software. STIP Core is a comprehensive suite designed to simplify the planning, approval, and management of transportation projects. Built for state DOTs, this solution streamlines collaboration, enhances public transparency, and ensures compliance with federal funding requirements. Its suite features are threefold:
- STIP Manager: Create and manage STIPs
- STIP Viewer: Public STIP project transparency
- FMIS Module: Manage federal aid projects from STIP Manager
This unique set can also include MPO-specific integrations:

TIP Manager
TIP Manager is a supporting element of STIP Core, enabling MPOs to create, amend, manage, and submit the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) to the overall Statewide Transportation Improvement Plan (STIP). Multiple TIPs can be created, managed, and modified from this platform, including Active (one supported), Draft (one supported), Scenario (multiple supported), and Historical (multiple supported) TIPs. With flexibility tailored to meet your organization's specific needs, TIP Manager is your go-to tool for smarter planning and better results. Specifically, TIP Manager includes these interfaces to help with the various aspects of TIP creation and maintenance:

| Map | The Map module provides users with an Esri-based map front-end that allows them to search for and view projects. |
| Budgets | The Budgets module allows users to enter both Fiscal Constraint and Program Target information. |
| Projects | The Projects module allows users to view, modify, or add new TIP Projects. This module includes a record of all related projects to the selected project and all changes made to the current project. |
| Actions | The Actions module hosts the workflow for managing changes to the Active version of the TIP. This module includes the ability to process changes through the Staging, Pre-Approved, and Revisions tabs to gather the appropriate approval. It also stores a historical record of all changes. |
| Reports | The Reports module allows users to view TIP Manager data through a selection of pre-formatted Standard Reports or create Advanced Reports with custom inputs and outputs. |
In an integrated TIP Manager, users can create and manage TIPs, Users, Security Roles, and configuration settings. Programs, Fund Sources, and code lists are managed by NMDOT System Administrators. TIP Manager supports all MPO needs, from setup to project maintenance.
