The Comments section lies below the Funding and Outlay section on the Project Detail tab. This section simply contains two textboxes that allow the user to enter relevant details related to the project: Internal Comment and External Comment. These comment fields are described both on the tab in the application and in the table below.
| Textbox | Description |
| Internal Comment | A textbox where a comment can be entered and made available through STIP/TIP Manager. |
| External Comment | A textbox where a comment can be entered and made available through STIP/TIP Viewer for public consumption. |
Once a comment is entered in this interface, the user can select the "Save" button to solidify it.
